Vodacom Change of ownership

Its Been a month now, all i want to do is change my private contract to my business name, i filled all the documents, i gave in all the nessecary documents need, plus paid up the arrers amount.

Nearly 2 weeks and no reply but u was told under 18 day it will be changed over.
How can i run my business like this.

Everytime i speak to Aalia she says vodacom has not responded.

Please i need this issue resolved ASAP
