On Thursday, 10 October 2013, I called Vodacom requesting an Itemised-Billing statement for 3 months (10 July - 10 October). The request ref number is: S3-T362L-LUQWX. I was informed to fax an ID copy and a signed letter supporting and outlining reasons for this request, of which I did. Therefore, I received a fax ref number: S3-T362K-KAW1E, confirming receipt of these documents, and a message promising that I will be contacted within one day. But on Tuesday, 15 October, I received a different message requesting that I send these abovementioned documents again. I called Vodacom to enquire about this and they insisted that I re-send the documents, regardless of the fact that I have a confirmation reference number for having the ID and a letter outlining reasons of my request. I really need this resolved very quickly.
