I ordered my Adsl Line on the 17th of July 2013;the line has not been delivered as yet ; however I need to cancel or transfer the line; since I have sold my House
The telkom shops say I can not do that at the shops (redds mall, centurion mall)., I waited 15 minutes on the telephone on their premises no answer, I have in mean time tried on several occasions to get hold of them to do the transfer or cancel line, no luck, either no answer or I get transferred.
Not sure if anyone at telkom can answer the phone, or just contact me. I am not sure how to deal with this further
