I moved premises and requested line transfer with a month's notice.2 weeks before I moved my line and adsl was cut off. As I already had the keys to he new premises this wouldn't have been an issue if the line actually transferred. 3 days after I moved someone eventually appeared and installed a line which only worked for 2 days. After another week and a visit to a Telkom shop the line started to work. But the account has changed so I can no longer make international calls. I am currently waiting for n agent to answer the phone - been waiting 31 minutes, what is an acceptable waiting period and when does my time count.
