Overbilled, disputes rejected, Uncapped Acc Capped

I opened the account in Nov, my first invoice was around R3200 in Dec. I signed up for a 24 Month 4MB Uncapped ADSL. I was charged for installation fees and never got the advertised R95 discount. Now after calling and submitting disputes that were rejected I found someone who actually knew his job. I was NOT supposed to be charged installation fees or no fees at all for a contract. That was sorted and my line reconnected. Now, this actually made me FURIOUS!!! My line is reconnected BUT THEY SAY I HAVE BEEN CAPPED.!!! >:( I HAVE A 4MB UNCAPPED line THAT IS CAPPED!!! I have lost close to R2500-R3000 as we use this at my internet cafe and Mon and Tues are my peak days. How am I expected to pay for this. I HAVE AN UNCAPPED ACCOUNT THAT IS CAPPED!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! TELKOM DECEIVES PEOPLE!!! And its not like I didn't try call them, I stayed on hold for 48min yesterday after the technical department passed me through to internet services who never picked up. This is absolutely unacceptable. I am being BILLED a month in advance for a UNCAPPED SERVICE THAT IS CAPPED!!! CAN SOMEONE CALL ME URGENTLY SO THAT THIS CAN BE SORTED AS I AM LOOSING MONEY!!!
