Yes! I understand the definition of shaped, but what the point of this account if u cant even browse?
I spoke to Cheryl, he said all the technician line is busy, therefore, asked whether if i can leave a msg and they will call me back.
I said, a big company like this, how can they be no technician available?

REALLY?! WHAT A JOKE. A BIG COMPANY LIKE THIS MEANS LACK OF STAFF, TOO MUCH PEOPLE Like you in the company that cannot handle/solve the problems.
