Our acces to our website domain FTP service is unavailable. The issue was reported on Friday. The call centre closed promptly at 4:30pm, and despite emails and phone calls, we had no response on Friday.
On Monday Lindi responded, the result of which is today, 5 days later we still cannot make any changes to our website.
If Nashua Mobile are to offer a service and charge for this, they need to deliver. Their failure to deliver is causing us a loss in business. On one occasion we were told the service would become available in 1-8 hours. Just enough time for the call centre to log off and ignore the matter for another day.
On 3 occasions, I've attempted to escalate the issue in Nashua Mobile and no-one will refer the matter. Alwyn and Gaylin also failed to return an urgent request for a response this afternoon.
