Company rides on the fact that they using Fibre lines and uncapped services. What you will find is you shaped (types of usage) with everything you use on this network. Not sure why they call it uncapped, they call it preventing abuse.
What it really is a small ISP that is breaking out on ADSL lines out of a Fibre network within Century City Cape Town.
I spent 999 rand signing up with them and the best they could do is terminate "odd few days of usage" my contact and give me a month off to exit the contact with them. WOW! Now when I ask them for a complete refund I am ignored. Problems I experienced was with the following.
SKYPE
ANY TORRENT
ANY STREAMING
INSTALLATION DELAY
ACCOUNT RESPONSE
Stick to the bigger ISP that know how to run a network and have network. Otherwise use them, pay for a VPN account in the UK that way they can not shape your traffic and then you get your 1MB uncapped line you promised.
DONT USE THEM!
