I have been trying to figure out what service I could use to stream movies at any time of day. I obviously didn't want to be stuck with a paid account if suddenly I couldn't stream movies from day one. Openweb offered without me even having to ask, trial accounts, from the orange uncapped to a capped account, they lent me various accounts to try out for a week. I constantly asked them questions and they put me in touch Leon a senior engineer, who was able to answer my questions.
I am amazed at their service, quality, and truth. Which are rare qualities amongst ISP's in South Africa. OpenWeb is transparent in their various packages. Shaped during peak times, means shaped during peak times and unshaped offpeak. Companies like Axxess tell you that you are uncapped and shaped during the day. They neglect to tell you that you will be managed/throttled on certain ports for the entire month if you download too much (15gb on a saturday).
I strongly recommend OpenWeb, they went beyond what was required of them without any hesitation.
