FAILURE TO RESPOND TO A QUESTION FROM CALL CENTRE

I am on a 1 Mbit uncapped account with telkom
I requested a simple bit of information pertaining to that account

1) i wanted to know what the data transfer limits are PRIOR to being shaped,

SO for example I wanted to know that once I hit 100 GB - il be shaped to half speed etc.
something similar to that

I phoned telkom call centre twice, each time I was transferred about 5-6 times from person to person, department to department,

NO one SEEMS to know what I am asking, They begin by proving me with information I already know

I DONT LIKE TO BE to and fooled. I am qualified with a BSC electronic engineering degree, so please dont try and and beat around the bush,

NOW i still want my question to be answered on the 1 Mbit uncapped line what is the data thresholds PRIOR to being shaped.

Simple question - but no reply from you guys,
Seems the call centre has un skilled personal
