Nokia is misleading their clients

I bought a Nokia Asha 210 on December and i was very happy that they have a new brand and i loved the fitures of the phone, to mu suprise one of the fitures was WhatsApp but the problem is i cannot use the app and i even sent nokia an email their response was that the phone doesnt support WhatsApp and they have it as a build in fiture. so is this right to i could have taken another phone that supports such... do i go on buying nokia products after such an experience i will tell all my friends and family not to support you guys as they will be heading for disaster.
