I have a uncapped, unshaped business account with Afrihost have been complaining about the speed for a couple of months now... Afrihost have kept blaming Telkom for line issues, but last night the truth came out...
According to Anold in the call centre my account is shaped due to abuse... now I ask you how do you abuse a uncapped, unshaped business account??
They are very quick to take my money to upgrade my service, but when i have large amounts of data that I need they shape the account, making the service completely unusable...
