I've handed my Blackberry 9900 in at Kempton Park Branch. The young male told me it will take 3 days. It took 3 weeks. I received a refurbish cellphone however I lost all my data. I went to MTN Store the Manager Victor told me he will personally download my pictures/music from my Memory card onto a stick, format the Memory card and reload all the information. I handed my memory card no clarification from him or Izak the owner. I phoned, was told him (Victor) is on leave. He left my memory card and left a message. Faulty memory card. I returned the same cellphone on 09.01.2014 because the memory slot was damaged/cellphone switched on then immediately switched off. I received the phone back on 24 Jan with a message, water damage. I would like Mtn to return my previous white Blackberry 9900 and to keep the refurbished, damage phone. I also would like to know why the previous owner returned the phone? maybe due to the same problem. I got very bad service from the owner Izak/Manager (0832227458) Mtn Festival Mall Kempton Park
