I've just tried to make use of the CELL C Supercharge promotion. So I went to the nearest Autopage store where I asked to purchase R500 worth of airtime. I was told that the Autopage only allows the sale of a maximum of R300 airtime, and that I should also buy a R150 voucher and a R50 voucher, which altogether will add up to R500. The CELL C marketing material does not say that this is not possible. Therefore, I did this, only to find that I did not qualify for the R500 reward, namely, unlimited calling, as I had used 3 separate vouchers. Therefore, I am now out of pocket of R500. I have not used my airtime, so is it not possible for cell c to change my reward on their systems? They have not done a good enough job of educating their partners on their latest promotions.
