I have a contract with MTN where my monthly instalment was R329 but since I have upgraded my phone it is now rR409. When I checked my bank account last week Friday 01/02/13 I found out that an amount of R1138 has been taken from my account, I phoned the bank and they told me that it is MTN who took that amount. My complain is that they didn't inform me before taking the amount and I had budgeted that money for something else. When I phoned them on that same they the guy by the name of Keegan Haris said they will refund me as I have requested and then they will phone me to make an arrangement as 2 how I pay that money because they were deducting less because someone was paying in to my account by mistake. He said I will get my money in 2 to 3 working days, then I received an sms today telling me that I will be receiving R308 which I found out later from the manager Sanlot Mtiwane that it was another mistake their side. The manager totally refused to pay my money back and I don't think its fair. They made a mistake not me! Why do I have to suffer!
