I live in century city and seem to have constant connection problems with my internet supplied by Smart Village. Smart village has sent a 'technician' out twice to address the issue. Once of which i paid for, the other i refuse to pay. Both times the technician said our router was the issue. After running tests and re installing the router and downloading software to disprove this theory, i forwarded the results to smart village with a graph attached showing that the router was fully functioning and that the disconnection issue with packets loss (on average over 10%)as a result of no server response from smartvillage. After i sent this info to smartvillage i have received no response. It has been 3 weeks! I am unfortunately trapped with this service provider due to the complex i live in but if you have the option stay far away from smart village. The internet, technical support and customer service is all pathetic and a complete waste of money.
