I've lost my job while I was a few months pregnant. I've informed Fnb of the situation. I've contacted Fnb to make a payment arrangement they agreed with it and said they will make a note. the next day they just deducted the whole amount in arrears. I then phoned them to tell them how can they take all my money as I have made an arrangement. I told the lady that They have taken my medical aid money and I have a 4 month old baby that need hospital care. She then told me they can refund the money in 5 days I told her that my airtime is running out can she please contact me back. She just kept on talking. The call ended and unable to phone her as they took all my money. I then phoned them today and the lady asked with who did I make arrangement as she can not see it! I'm furious because you make the effort to contact them and then they it up but then they can't phone you back. She then connected me back to the voice prompt after I explained my situation, taking my airtime again, got to another lady who could not phone me back and thennI asked can you not get someone to contact me back. It wasn't my mistake and yet it must cost me more money to phone them every time.
