I errenously transferred money into an african bank account instead of another account. I immediately notified standard bank of the mistake and they promised that the money will be reversed into my account after 10 working days. Today i called to follow up as it is the 10th day and being toldthat I must wait for them to contact me as they dont know how long its going to take. I was even told that the reversal witll be at a charge of which I was willing to forfeit that amount as it was an error on my side. This is totally unacceptable!!!
