NOT FOLLOWING-UP CUSTMER COMPLAINTS

Multiple faults reported to TELKOM for my telephone line and ADSL connections.
Technicians have repaired some faults but my ADSL internet speed is set to 4 mbs (confirmed by a technician) but I am invoiced for a 10mbs profile which I requested a month ago.
