Two days ago I reported a fault with my ADSL line. To this day - it HASNT been tended to. I am paying a set fee to Telkom a month - that seems to go off pretty fine, so howcome is it that i gotta make a moan or I have to PUSH to get my line sorted out? Why am I as a customer having to wait so long to get my ADSL line sorted? and for the faults manager to tell me telephonically madam - theres nothing we can do, you just have to wait. This is unacceptable.
