On the 24/01/2014 I got a call from customer service, the lady adviced me to go back to the cellc shop and speak tona lady called Pearl who says I must come back to complete another incident report form (that would be the 3rd one). So I went in the Sundaythe 26/01/2014 she "refaxed" the one I completed on the 15/01/2014, she then asured me that she would contact c.cover on my behalf id hear from her the next day which of corse I didn't. Today I took it upone myself to contact these insurance people (c-cover) spoke to a Jonnas who said they have not recieved anything under my name or I.D number, nothing on the 15th (faxed by Lerato the store manager) nothing on the26th (faxed by pearl). So I'm now wondering if its just me with so much bad luck with cellc or the people employed at cellc just can't do their job and do proper follow ups that they say they'll do. Its been more then a month that I inisially reported my phone & still no phone.
