2 Months and counting to move a land line?

I requested a line move on 30 November 2013, after MWeb has released my adsl line. Between Telkom and Mweb my adsl line could not be released and both parties where shifting the blame to the other. On 17 December the adsl line was finally released, hence the request for a line transfer was issued.

An appointment was scheduled for 27 December, which I confirmed again on the 24th, I delayed my holiday plans so I can have the line installed, but no one showed up. Upon inquiring I was informed that there was nothing scheduled on the system. Wasting my entire day and holiday plans.

Rescheduled for 10 January 2014, the technician showed up only to tell me that someone else needs to draw through a new cable (something the call center informed will need to be done). Why not send the correct technician out?

2 Weeks later, new line is in. Now waiting 2 weeks for technician to connect line. Spend hour on the phone, logged about 10 calls, everything is escalated and come to nothing.

Meanwhile I'm still expected to pay my account every month while spending thousands on 3G data and cell calls because Telkom cant give me the service I'm paying for.

"I'm sorry sir" doesn't cut it anymore.
