Since 2 December 2013 I have waited for the repair of my phone. Last Friday, Clint September from the MTN branch in Somerset West notified me that they have not received the phone from Sony repair centre. Is there no communication between MTN and Sony? I have to pay the expensive contract without the phone or service paid for. Using my wife's old Nokia, I cannot use Apps or e-mails. I now have been without my phone for 8 weeks!!! What is happening to South Africa. Wherever you go, real customer service have left this country. Repair costs to replace glass and touch screen = R 4750!!! Outrageous. The phone is only worth R 8000 in this country. Elsewhere US $ 500. What a rip off!!
