What's the use of reporting problems on the acc

At the end of December I upgraded my phone. Replaced blackberry with Samsung Notebook 3. On the 7th I noticed something terribly wrong on my account I reported the problem as I noticed I now all of a sudden pay for all my internet transactions. Noboby told or adviced me when I changed phones this would be the case. Not even on my querie the 7th. Rcvd feedback ref M14012023 successfully completed?? I again reported the problem on the 16th Again rcvd feedback ref M14012023 successfully completed. I again reported the problem on the 24th and received feedback a consultant will contact me within 24hrs Today the 28th no feed back. If my bank account are debited with the crazy amount of R 2125.77 they can keep their phone and cancel my contract. I need refund as yes my account still reflect my phone as Blackberry with my Bis payment
I do not owe them this amount. They don't even have the courtesy to explain the problem and if they did it on my enquiry on the 7th this account could have been prevented
