Terrible customer service

I Ordered the new Huawei Ascend P6 from the Vodashop in the LangebergMall on 16 September 2013, I spoke to Karen who is the manager, she told me that they do not keep stock of the phone and that will order it for me and it will be there by the end of the week.

I enquired on that Friday getting the response that the phone has not arrived, when we phoned them the next Thursday we were informed that the phone will only be there at the end of the following week which will be three weeks after it was ordered. When I told her that I want the phone the next day or I'm phoning Vodacom she phoned back within 10min saying the phone will be there the next day.

The next day came and we got a call stating the phone is in George and will be in MosselBay on the Saturday morning. Surprise surprise when we got to the store on Saturday afternoon there was no phone and as luck would have it Karen is on leave for the weekend very conveniently for her. We were in the shop for about 30min with staff not really having any clue of what was going on around them (or so it seemed) no one could answer us and no one even looked like they wanted to try and sort out the problem.

Needless to say, no phone yet
