Misuse of mobile numbe

My mobile number was used to send 123 sms's @ R30 each for the purchase of online gaming currency. This I found out after endless calls from Altech to Vodacom to Strike Media to Allopass. Each of them gained from these transactions in some way, yet each of them refer me back & forth, refusing to assist. Each of them was party in wrongful deception intended to result in financial gain.
Vodacom absolves themselves saying "You will have to consult with your service provider to investigate and resolve this matter because Vodacom does not have the ability to access your account." Yet the data subscription is WITH VODACOM, the mobile number which was used is a Vodacom number and I have an account number with them!
Vodacom would be able to help me proof where the messages were sent from (area and device address) and also whether the messages were sent directly as sms's or on-line; it was not sent by me or any of my devices. Vodacom is supposed to have the most secure network, with a double opt-in for WASP services, yet NO authorisation/verification messages came to me for this - I would NEVER authorise such nonsense. PS: I cannot be contacted on the hacke MSISDN
