1. Vodacom's website is TERRIBLE - every second click loads a "Temporarily Down for Maintenance" page, for the last year now.
2. I have an iPad linked to my main account on Top Up Contract. I cannot buy data bundles or Airtime for it anywhere.
2a. On the iPad/iPhone app it allows me to choose bundles and/or airtime and I get to the payment page and then get an error.
2b. On the website I get a payment error or a Master account holder error. I can buy bundles for my other cellphone linked to this account, but not for my iPad - how does that work?
3. I was advised by Vodacom to buy airtime on my cellphone and transfer it to my iPad - this gave me an error - Can't buy airtime on contract.
4. I was advised to open ANOTHER Vodacom online account for my iPad - why would I need to do this if I can see and manage all of it from my main cellphone account? I want ONE account, not one for every device I own. This has worked previously for both phones I own on ONE account.
I am really getting fed up with services that are offered, but that do not work at all. Vodacom should get their act together.
