Transfer of Vodacom numbe

I had two mobile numbers that was originally RICA'd under Virgin mobile in March 2013. Because of problems with Virgin, I have transferred both numbers to Vodacom. The new Vodacom SIM cards were than given to two persons who were supposed to assist me with work related matters as associates. One of these persons has somehow been able to transfer the one number to her own name and Vodacom subscription without my agreement. When I asked for the return of my SIM she pretend that I must have gone to Tygervalley Centre where I have somehow added this number to her Vodacom Subscription. I've called the Vodacom call centre and went to the Vodacom shop in Fish Hoek where I have ported the numbers from Virgin Mobile but all they tell me is that they can do nothing about this problem and that I should let it go. I refuse to let this go as this number is in sequence with other numbers I use for business purposes and I am the rightful owner of the number 0741709662. Vodacom had no legal right to transfer this number from my own name to someone else without my consent. What is the use of having taken my proof of residence and ID book with me when I RICA'd this number or changed service providers?
