Unsatisfactory response to misuse of mobile numbe

As with all my recent complaints (all about the same unresolved matter), this relates to messages, not sent by me, but charged on my mobile number.
Despite numerous emails to Altech, all I get is "we will contact you soon" and my matter is unresolved. When they called me in response to my precious complaint, they told me I had to take it up with Strike Media (who tells me to take it ap with Allopass and Vodacom, who tells me to take it up with Altech).
I phoned Altech again yesterday, and was first greeted by a rather hostile agent (in response to my request for an email address which will be responded to). After again explaining the problem, he relayed to me how something similar happened to him and "it's one of those things" "they can't help me"
I want a respons to my emails. I want the IP/MSISDN address and location where the messages were sent from and I want the unlawful charges reversed. I'm with Altech scarcely 3 months and my experience with them rots! I will NEVER, EVER again refer them to anyone. It is so easy to take our money and not provide a satisfactory service. I REGRET ever contracting with this NON-service provider and Vodacom.
