No one can help

I had an account with Authopage, I requested my contract to be cancelled in January 2013. The contract was cancelled in Febuary 2013..

In June we received bills for another -3 months. I then contact you again, this was rectified and a credit was to be done.

To date nearly a year later I still have a judgement against my name and no credit.

I now am applying for a loan and surprise this would come up. Three working days waiting for a letter to state that I do not owe anything, and the department does not take calls.

I would now like some one to give me a details explanation as why this is taking a year to sort out?
