Note 3 order problem

So on Friday I order a Note 3 using Vodacom's online store. Monday 1pm and no one has contacted me yet. I start sending them messages on twitter and they respond asking for my number saying that they will get someone to call me ASAP. Half an hour later I get a call, the person on the line gives me a number to call and knows NOTHING about my order. I take to twitter again.

And at 2:20 I finally get a call about my order! It goes great! He promises me that I will get the phone today (Tuesday) as they have stock!

So 2pm today I get a call from Vodacom. The guy on the other side says they won't be delivering it today (this is at two, almost the end of the day). I say that it is unacceptable as I was promised today & I placed my order (online) on Friday. His response was that the order was placed on Monday at 2:20. I argue and remind him about Friday. He responds saying he will get the guy I placed the order with to phone me to which I replied, asking what the point is as I want my phone today.

If I knew it was going to take this long and be such a hassle I would have found a store on Saturday and gotten the phone then. Now it'a almost a week later and I am still without a phone
