IBurst are Money Hungry

Ok so last year i decided to sign up for iBurst because the flat i had moved into did not have ADSL, after speaking to Mpho Malatjie over the phone and via email i was assured that i had very good signal in my area, a blatant lie, as i later found out, after getting the hardware and setting up i found out i had 0% signal and i could not do a thing with it, i called them and emailed them telling them i want to cancel my contract because i signed under false pretenses, after weeks of arguing about it they agreed and told me my service was canceled (i even sent them back the modems) but now i am still getting billed each month, so far they have taken over 4k and they show no signs of stopping, i have numerous emails stating that my service is cancelled yet each month money is taken off my account, i have all the bank statements as proof, i spend over an hour on the phone with them daily but by now they know me so well that the manager Karen (the one i spoke to on the phone) is always "busy" or "in a meeting" which i know is a lie, my emails do not get responded to and i get ignored every day while they take my money, i am about to go to the police, somebody please help!!!
