I originally purchased a Dell laptop from your Four ways store in December 2011 and by April 2012 had it replaced because of endless problems.
Since then the replacement has been in for additional repairs in January 2013 and now again on the 3rd August after discovering that the laptop doesn't even operate at all!!
I then took it to your Clearwater branch where I was informed that the Dell Technicians would come out to collect it to inspect and provide reasons as to why it no longer works.
I was shocked to receive a call telling me that the Dell Technicians never even collected the laptop and telephonically stated that the mother board needs replacing at R3300!!!
Considering that I only paid R3999!!!
I DON'T ACCEPT THIS AND WANT AN EXPLAINATION AS TO WHY IS A MOTHERBOARDS GUARANTEE IS ONLY FOR ONE YEAR AS THE NORM IS THREE YEARS, AND WHY WAS THE LAPTOP NEVER COLLECTED FOR A PROPER INSPECTION AS PROMISED BY THE STORE MANAGER??
