Clue less about the warranty of my laptop

I took the contract with them on April 2013 and everything went smoothly the problem started when the laptop crushed and don't want to boot. I took it to them late September this year and they where not sure at the Clear Water Mall and they referred me to some iFix store at the mall and i was told they don't fix laptop and i went back to the Nashua store at the store they referred me to the Samsung store at the Clear water mall and they said they cant help me as they where not the one who sold me the laptop so i had to take it back to the Nashua back on my arrival fuming the lady called some numbers and they gave me the numbers and she told me to call that number its a technical department and i called the Number and on that number they are telling me they are not the one, they don't deal with Samsung products so i am asking where must i take the laptop as I took the contract from the Nashua Clear Water mall and if they don't carry warranty for Samsung, why do they sell Samsung products?
