I received a bill from MTN on 22 July 2013 with internet usage of almost R2000. On the same day I logged a call for this to be investigated as my account has not been over R700 a month. I was informed a call was logged with the billing dept. 3 weeks later I have not heard anything from anyone. Only to be told today that there is a backlog and it will take 15-21 working days. I would still not have know this if it was not for me following up on the status
