On the 16th January 2014, I logged a query with regards to my bill received for roaming. Case no 4011601534. I was promised by Phumla that i would receive feedback within 24 to 48 hours. Its now a week later, and no feedback. But CELL C will be happy to debit me next week, I have been your customer for years, and have never had a non payment ever, and this is how they treat their good customers. I have been calling daily for feedback but the call centre agents keep telling me my query has been passed on to other departments to check. I will be putting a stop payment on my debit order if my query has not been resolved and i am contacted today with the feedback i asked for on the 16th January
