Over Billing and Extreme POOR service

Logged a call on Friday the 24th January with the team leader/supervisor of the call centre division who advised me the accountsbilling department is closed and she will get a manger from that division to call me first thing monday morning to sort out my over billing query. Having not received the call from the Autopage manager from the billing department i called inn this morning 28th January, at my cost, to get hold of a manager to assist me with my query only to be blocked by the supervisor-Colin Apollos of the collections department.
As a supervisor i expected Colin Apollos to deliver quality service which definately was not the case but has only left me feeling more frustrated.
In addition i logged onto my Autopage cellular account on the 24th January and logged a formal request to the billing department to contact me with urgency to address my query which once again to have fallen on deaf ears renderring poor quality service once again.

Pathetic...
