I accepted an offer for a laptop contract telephonically, which i received over a month ago. I currently cannot use the laptop because it has not been activated. I was advised by the sales person to call 084145 once i have received the laptop. What a mission it has been to get help on084145, and also 140. To this day my laptop has not been activated. Not even a follow-up call from the sales person to check if had received the product in working order. I resorted to this means of communication now because i have deemed the Cell C call centre to be out of operation - and at any time of the day i can never get through. If i am asked to hold, i hold endlessly until the phone cuts. I would appreciate some assistance in getting the laptop activated, please can someon call me in the next 24hrs!
