Head office responded by saying the problem on my laptop is the sim card, they will send a new sim card and will pay the money for the months I have not used the laptop, that was a month ago, still no sim simcard received or the. Payment as promised, and still is my laptop no use to me at all. And this is proof that no one can trust anything anyone tells u at auto page.
