Delay in replacing a laptop

I took out a 3G contract with MTN in July last year and received an Acer laptop with the deal. In January, one of the keys on the keyboard broke and I was told to take it back to the MTN shop where took the contract out and they would send it back to Acer on my behalf. 2 weeks go by and I dont hear a thing, only to eventually find out that the store was robbed and my laptop was. No one contacted me to let me know that this happened!! It has been a month now and I am still waiting for a replacement laptop. This is my laptop that I work on everyday and I need it replaced ASAP. I have been told that I must wait until their insurance pays out and no one can tell me how long i will have to wait?? The branch managers phone is also permanently on voice mail. I need my laptop replaced!! I am losing money every day I don't have it.
