New Laptop not working

I HAVE APPLIED FOR A LAPTOP AT MTN NORTHPARK.THEY GAVE ME A NEW LAPTOP.
THE SPEAKERS DID NOT WORK WHEN I HAVE TRIED IT.
I HAVE SEND MY LAPTOP IN FOR REPAIRS AT NORTHPARK MTN ON 08 JANUARY 2013. THE ASSISTANT JACO HAVE TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 3 DAYS TO HAVE MY LAPTOP BACK.
EVERY TIME I PHONE TO HEAR WHAT IS GOING ON HE HAS A STORY THAT HE IS STILL WAITING FOR ACER OR AN ANSWER. WHEN I GO THERE HE TELLS ME THAT THE LINE IS BUSY OR THAT THEY ARE BUSY WITH IT AND THEN THEY HAVE REPAIRED THE SPEAKERS AND NOW THE USB PLUGS MUST BE REPLACED.
THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM WAS THAT THE SPEAKERS DOESN'T WORK.
IT IS CLOSE TO 30 DAYS NOW AND I MUST PAY FOR MEGA BITES THAT I DID NOT USE AND FOR A COMPUTER THAT I DO NOT HAVE.
