I'm urtally shocked nd disgused as I needed help from an agent and she gave me bad attitude, nd said that I was being with her, cell sure has not being debiting my account for the past months, that lady has the nerve to tell me that I must have money into my bank account, I tell her that they captured my banking details incorrect she tells me that its my fault, I give her the correct details she tells me that they r not mine, I'm sure I know my banking details, she clearly does not know how to speak to customers her attitude is just very bad
