Lost R500 due to wrong info by Autopage Staff

I've just tried to make use of the CELL C Supercharge promotion. So I went to the nearest Autopage store where I asked to purchase R500 worth of airtime. I was told that the Autopage only allows the sale of a maximum of R300 airtime, and that I should also buy a R150 voucher and a R50 voucher, which altogether will add up to R500. I did this, only to find that I did not qualify for the R500 reward, namely, unlimited calling, as I had used 3 separate vouchers. Therefore, I am now out of pocket of R500, due to the autopage sales staff and systems.
