No one wants to be responsible after I have paid!!

In late November/earlyDecember I enquired about migrating from my contract to prepaid as I was not satisfied with what I was getting out of my contract and I needed to used my phone as I pleased without being soft locked when I've reached my limit to a point of being unable to send a 'Please Call Me' or even do banking on my phone. I was quoted a fee of R2600 which I had to pay within 5 days and asked to email proof of payment to [Email Removed]
I was unable to pay the amount at the time. I later enquired again about the possibility of migration on 18 December 2013 and I was told I needed to pay an amount of 2359.17 within 5 days and email proof of payment to Tshepiso Mogorosi again. I did an EFT payment the next day and emailed proof of payment. I never got a response until I kept emailing and when I finally got the response Tshepiso denied having asked for payment and told me I had to fill out forms which I was never told of.
I am unsure of who assisted me but since you record your calls, the name of the person and the time should be on the system because he increased my call limit and unlocked my phone the same day (18/12/20213). I need justice! I have paid!
