Account Mess Up

Where do I begin to express my dissatisfaction with Nashua. I received a notification to pay an amount of R244.28 on the 12/01 for my account. I paid it on the 13/01/14 I sent through proof of payment, I received an email to say thank you it was received. A few days later I am soft locked due to the amount not being paid. Send through proof once again phone is unlocked. SMS notification still being received thereafter. I call on the 21/01 that's when I am told sorry it hasn't reached creditors yet. So finally the payment is on the system 8 days later but I call on the 30/01 to inquire why I was debited when they said no Debit order was allocated to my account so no amount will be taken off at the end of Jan and I am told to wait seven days, to ensure the money isn't returned. What do I do in the meantime when Nashua has taken money that was allocated for other debit orders. I have sent numerous emails to smsr@nashua & noone has responded. I call today & they say I should send proof of the debit order (more expenses) and to top it all off the consultant I spoke to could not trace my payment made on the 13/01 after 10mins she transfers me to another consultant and she picks it up? what goes on|?
