Constantly soft locking my number even after payin

On the 27th Aug 2013 i spoke to a credit controller Siyabonga Mtolo and told him that i have changed my account details and want to update them. he then gave me their account number so i can make manual payment of which i did immediately on the Internet while he was holding i then emailed the prove of payment to him by email. he sent an email back to request my cell number as it was not attached of which i responded. on the 29th Aug 2013 i got soft locked i only phoned nashua on the monday 2nd sept 2013, i spoke to a lady who i cant recall her name but she gave me her email adres [Email Removed] to forward her the proof of payment of which i did and she unlocked my phone, on the sameday my phone was locked again. i got an sms telling me to email the proof of payment to [Email Removed] again i complied to the sms and also phoned in where i spoke to Athi at the call centre who then unlocked my phone. on the 3rd i got an email from Siyabonga Mtolo requesting my phone number again, on the 4th sept 13 i got an sms saying i am softlocked, today is the 5th sept 13 and i am still soft locked. it clearly does not matter how many times i email this prove i will be soft locked
