I have logged call after call about BAD/NO reception at my house! I run a business from my home and it is VERY frustrating not to have adequite reception. Some (send out by Vodacom, after waiting for 2 months for them to react) company has installed a "booster tower" but still NO signal.
I have asked if i can do a SIM swap to MTN, who has no reception issues in the Montana area, but apparently I have to wait to upgrade in 2015!
this is unacceptable and very frustrating. it is costing me money, i have to return 20 calls per day... please help!!!
