Payed buy my services are disconnected

I made a payment on the 29 November 2013 at Absa Bank and I am disconnected. I entered the wrong refernce number and I email proof of payment as I was told but I was told that they will not be able to help me. I am told that I need to pay an exta money because they are unable to allocate my payment. I requested an email address of the person to show as proof that I paid, but no one is willing to give it to me. I can'[t watch any tv. CAN THIS MATER BE RESOLVED PLEASE!!! I also emailied proof of payment to [Email Removed] but nothing has happen!!!
