UNKNOWN CONTENT CHARGES

My cell phone has been disconnected on and off for the past four months week owing to a dispute regarding content charges for the value of R590.00 which has been charged on my October and November 13 bills. I have sent faxes and e-mails and have had verbal telephonic contact with various autopage employees at customer services at Head Office. They all know that clients on debit orders are being ripped off as they themselves cannot tell you what content charges are all about. You can never get hold of a supervisor to resolve your problems as the client - irrespective of your years of loyalty with them - is now no longer of any consequent.. As at 24/01/14 I was advised that Angelene is looking into the problem (for the past FOUR months) and hopefully the problem should be resolved by the time my contract ends in October 2014 (can't wait for that momentous day) as I have given up on ever using my phone again. I will reverse all Autopage debit orders with my bank as I realise that the problem will keep coming up till they credit the illegal content charges
