I called vodacom on friday to query my email settings on my samsung tab. When sending out an email, I receive a return email saying 'considered as unsolicited bulk' The call centre informed me that I will be contacted by the technical department in 24hrs, which did not happen.
I called the call centre this morning, they informed me that they will log call and send me a ref no, which did not happen.
I called again to inform them to sms me the settings, still waiting.
